Cancellation Policy

• Deposit starts at $10 (depending on service/services you’re getting). Fee will go towards service total and is due immediately after booking. The remaining balance is due by Cash, Card, Cashapp or Zelle. • Please keep in mind that we have a 7 minute grace period. After 7 mins we will see if we can still fit you in for the day, if not we will reschedule for another day. We make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are late. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if your running late. Communication is key! • We require 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Your deposit will transfer one time. After a second reschedule we will require a new deposit. We ask this so we may open up your time-slot to another waxing client. • I charge a 50% cancellation fee, if you do a no-call/ no show. I understand things happen but the way we respect you and your time, please respect my time and business. As always COMMUNICATION IS KEY! • Please reschedule if you are feeling ill or have any open wounds. Masks are not required but they are recommended. • Extra guests are NOT preferred. Please make the necessary arrangements for the day of service. • After two no-call/no-show will result in the termination of client. • When scheduling your first appointment, we require a credit card number for the deposit, to hold your appointment. • Despite our reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid tardy/missed appointments. • We strive to get you the time slot you desire, so we always appreciate our clients booking ahead. That way we can guarantee you get waxed when you need to be.  • I have the right to refuse service to anyone. You also have the right to stop the service at any moment.
